Research Director at The Norwegian Institute for Nature Research (NINA) is Norway’s leading institution for applied ecological research, with broad-based expertise on the genetic, population, species, ecosystem and landscape level, in terrestrial, freshwater and coastal marine environments. "We need to change the way we work on regulatory processes in the Arctic. We need to work smarter and more sustainable."

Senior Principal Consultant, Environment Risk Management, provided significantly as an ARCT partner during the European Space Agency's Kick start study (2018 - 2019) and the Innovation Norway Project (2016 - 2018). The company currently has about 13,550 employees and 350 offices operating in more than 100 countries, and provides services for several industries including maritime, renewable energy, oil & gas, electrification, food & beverage and healthcare.

Concept Designer and illustrator. A commercial artist with experience in most areas of visual, creative areas. Currently I work most with film production, but also do a lot of Illustration work. Per contrubuted with concept visualization during the ramping up of the Innovation Norway project (2016-2017).

Former: Senior Developer Schibsted, Art Director Telecine, Lead Artist Funcom, Independant consultant (Jazzberry) Clients: Bloomberg, Sony Ericsson, Walt Disney, Warner Bros, DC Comics, Skullcandy, American Idol, T-Mobile and many more. And now: ARCT Beta v1.1 development. Hege contributed significantly in bringing the ARCT tool to the level of maturity and functionalities present today.

Innovation Norway is a state-owned Norwegian special charter company with the purpose of enhancing business innovation across the country, contributing to the development of the districts, and profiling Norwegian business and Norway as a destination. The grants from the Parliament and the counties together with loan schemes in 2016 provided a total business-oriented effort of NOK 6.7 billion under the direction of Innovation Norway. Norwegian companies received this risk relief in the form of financial services such as grants, guarantees and loans, as well as a range of advisory, networking and profiling services.
